This beautiful vacation home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and most importantly a wonderful pool where you can also enjoy the sun nicely. A game room is equipped with a table tennis table and a large flat screen TV for movie nights. The property is completely enclosed and well secured. Thus, to open the gate you also need a code. Stroll through Sireuil (2 km) and visit the historic city of Angoulême (15 km) as well as Cognac (30 km) with its world-renowned distilleries. 90 km away you can spend a wonderful day at the sea.
