Pelican Cove is a modern beach home steps away from the Atlantic Ocean and a short walk to downtown Cocoa Beach, where there is something for everyone. Modern decor and conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi, a coffee station, a well-equipped kitchen, a sunny dining room with a wine bar, laundry space, and a stunningly large backyard.

When you arrive at Pelican Cove, you will open the door to a spacious living area and a 65' television. Beyond the living area, you will find a coffee bar, kitchen, and dining area.

The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Every bedroom has a smart TV.
1st Bedroom: Enjoy a spacious main bedroom with a king bed.
2nd bedroom: also features a king bed.
3rd bedroom: a bunk room that consists of a full-size bed with a full-size bed overhead.
4th bedroom/den/flex space: queen-size pull-out couch

In the middle of the home, there is a Jack and Jill style bathroom that features a toilet on both ends and a shower in between. This bathroom also has a direct backyard access door for easy access while enjoying the spacious backyard. The second full bathroom is spacious and features a modern, updated shower. A massive backyard provides plenty of space for kids to run around, do activities, or host get-togethers.

We offer a well-stocked kitchen, including but not limited to:

Weekend before a cruise

We loved everything about this home. There were plenty of chairs, in & out, plus beach chairs. Loved the wagons to use to transport items. Granddaughter learned how to use boogie board. Easy walk to the beach and about a 15-20 minute walk into town where there were plenty of shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy and had plenty of supplies for cooking. Loved staying here and would definately stay again.

Great beach cottage

We loved our stay at pelican cove. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay by the beach. The beds are all comfy, lots of towels and overall very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and we made good use of it. There are a ton of beach necessities and we used the wagon to take everything to the beach. It was perfect. The location is on a busy road but did not have any noise issues. It’s super close drive and about 15 min easy walk to good coffee, food, and beachfront bars. Well definitely stay here again.

Felt right at home

We felt right at home when we walked in to Pelican Cove. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking and eating with the family. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space, which helped us to have a great stay. We love being able to bring our little dogs with us and walk to the dog beach! A+ experience

Fun at Pelican Cove

We had a great time at Pelican Cove! The house was perfect for us and the yard was wonderful for our dogs. The beach was a short walk and easy to get to, and it was only 4 blocks to downtown restaurants and beach bars. We were even lucky enough to see 3 space launches.

Really nice

We had a wonderful time. The beach was within walkiing distance. The house was clean. There were all sorts of sand toys, some beach chairs. A wagon. All sorts of things. I would recommend this location

We love Pelican Cove for staycations or family visits. Our home is an ideal space for families to vacation in a location close to the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach. Cocoa Beach is a great place to enjoy excellent restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance or by taking the local bus/trolley. It has a small beach town feel with a lot of activities nearby.
