Perfect location

Great place; even better location. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants, massage therapy and more. We visited a different restaurant everyday- the service and food were all excellent. Just such a fun area for families. Thanks to Rachel and Paige for being amazing communicators throughout our stay. A special thanks for providing a beach cart with everything a family could need for a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

This house was clean, well stocked and so convenient to anything you want in Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral. Great communication with the owners as well!

Friends gathering

The location is excellent! Great restaurants and the beach are a short walk. Anything needed was at the cottage, including candles for my friend's birthday treat! The cottage is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. People out walking and riding bikes everywhere. As 70+women, my friend and I felt very safe walking solo. Only drawback, very noisy children in attached town home, but only 2 nights.

Family get together

It was an awesome place,very convenient, had everything we could want, beach supplies and best of all a wagon to hau.l our stuff to the beach which was only a few blocks away. We were well pleased!

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Cocoa Beach! The location was great and the house had very useful beach equipment so we didn’t have to pack too many extra things. Would definitely stay here again.

I was born and raised here in Satellite Beach, FL and just LOVE this area. I love staying at the Poolside Paradise with my family as well. We have 2 young daughters and they just love the Kids' bedroom with the bunk beds and the backyard festivities with the pool and play set.

My husband and I are both Realtors and Investors. My favorite part of our real estate portfolio is by far our vacation rentals! Many of our guests wind up falling in love with this area and explore a vacation home for themselves or moving here permanently.
