About this property

Cottage 5-6 - Year Round Pet Friendly - 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath End Unit

This is a Double End Unit with a private courtyard. Bedroom 1 has a Trundle w/ two single beds & 1 Bunk Bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed plus loft suitable for children that is accessible by ladder. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), chiminea, and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 6 Adults. We are pet friendly with a $50 per pet cleaning fee.

The kitchenette features a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker plus all the basic utensils, plates, cups etc.

We are pet friendly only for registered pets (a $50 per pet fee applies).

We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street.

We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave.

Cozy Cottages & Great Location !!

The two connected Cottages were Perfect for myself husband & teenage daughter. Loved the private outdoor space & firepit! Onsite manager was super accessible and really helpful! Will definitely be back!!

Cheerful Dog-Friendly Wolfesboro Cottage Near the Lakes

We loved our stay at The Cottages of Wolfesboro. The 50’s inspired decor was cheerful and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a complimentary s’mores making kit and an adorable pink bandanna with “The Cottages of Wolfesboro” print for our doggie which made a very practical souvenir of our trip. A dog crate was provided upon request at no additional charge. The little kitchen was very thoughtfully provisioned and included a small 5-burner stove with an oven, small fridge with a freezer, pots and pans, utensils, microwave, a toaster, coffee maker with both a brew pot an Keurig option, dishes and silverware. The location was great, easily walkable to the local grocery store, downtown Wolfesboro and the bike/walking trail. There were lots of kayaks and bikes with helmets available to borrow at no charge. The flowers planted at the at the main entrance and throughout the property were very pretty. The staff very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

We are a pet friendly property because we have four dogs of our own and rescue hospice seniors. Of course the safety of our guests is paramount so no aggressive pets will be tolerated.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property the first time we visited. It reminded us of the kind of place our huge family would like to stay at. It is not far from our summer home and we look forward to embracing traditions while offering modern amenities.

What makes this property unique

We provide the following amenities free of charge for our guests: beach passes, kayaks, bicycles, paddle boards, charcoal, two gas grills in common, firewood for the firepits, coffee starter packs, linens, paper goods, board games, basic spices, and basic toiletries.
