Cottage 11 - This cottage features 1 Bedroom w/ a Queen Bed & a Double Bed w/ electric fireplace. There is a loft w/ two twins accessible by ladder, suitable for children only, upon request at no charge. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower with air conditioning & heat. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, chiminea, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided) and a picnic table. We are a pet friendly property, a $50 per pet cleaning fee applies. We do have a strict no aggression policy.

Great location in a nice town

These cottages are very well maintained and very clean. The little compound was beautifully decorated and easy to navigate. This is a great place for families and groups traveling together.

Wonderful place to stay

We were so impressed with the host's willingness to transport their kayaks to the beach for our use. We had a great time kayaking around the lake. The cottage was lovely, also, and we enjoyed our time there.

Great spot - just as described

It was an ideal cabin for our family. One note was you have to drive to the lake, but they were willing to help in any way we needed. The grounds were clean and quiet hours were respected, which was great because we have young kids.

Wendy and Melissa are from the area and have always loved spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee. We believe in providing the kind of experience we would expect as guests. We are a pet friendly property because we have four dogs of our own and rescue hospice seniors. Of course the safety of our guests is paramount so no aggressive pets will be tolerated.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property the first time we visited. It reminded us of the kind of place our huge family would like to stay at. It is not far from our summer home and we look forward to embracing traditions while offering modern amenities.

We provide the following amenities free of charge for our guests: beach passes, charcoal, two gas grills in common, firewood for the firepits, coffee starter packs, linens, paper goods, kayaks, bicycles, board games, basic spices, and basic toiletries.
