Cottage 7 - Stand alone cottage with a private courtyard. It features 1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed and electric fireplace. There is a loft, suitable for children, with one twin accessible by ladder upon request at no charge. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided) and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 2 Adults. We are a pet friendly property. A $50 per pet cleaning fee applies. We have a strict no aggression policy.

The Cottages are a WIN!!!!

We stayed for 4 nights with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniels Lorelai and Rory. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always accessible. Answers to our questions were just a text away as were towels or anything else we needed. Our cabin was quaint and very clean. We loved that we could walk everywhere and not have to drive. Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely be staying here again :-). Michael and Cheryl

Wendy and Melissa are from the area and have always loved spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee. We believe in providing the kind of experience we would expect as guests. We are a pet friendly property because we have four dogs of our own and rescue hospice seniors. We come from a large family ourselves so catering to large groups comes naturally.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property the first time we visited. It reminded us of the kind of place our huge family would like to stay at. It is not far from our summer home and we look forward to embracing traditions while offering modern amenities.
