Roof terrace and terrace) on a plot of 520 m2 surrounded by cypresses on the edge of a nature reserve with an unobstructed view of nature. The house is located in a residential / holiday area of Cala Murada somewhat away from the center. The finca is about 2 km from the beach and was only completed in mid-2016 and completely refurbished. A private pool (7 × 4m, gentle salt electrolysis, 2 x cleaning by pool boy in high season) offers bathing fun for young and old. The large pool terrace and the garden leave enough space to find peace and space for children to play and run around. In the rear area, a little away from the hustle and bustle on the pool terrace, there is a lounge corner, which invites you to take a nap on the cozy lounge furniture. A Weber gas grill for your culinary barbecue evening should not be missing, of course. We have a guest service on site who will take care of your needs. From the purchase of groceries before your arrival, to the personal handover to acceptance. Our guest support is always there for you. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. On the upper floor there is a large roof terrace where you can relax and watch the stars with a glass of wine in the evenings. The house is also technically very well equipped. In the living room there is a 47 inch TV and a Bluetooth stereo system that you can connect to your smartphone and play your music. In the bedroom on the upper floor there is also a television with German television programs. Free internet is available in the entire house via WLAN. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. Air conditioning is installed in the three bedrooms and in the living room. For the winter months, the entire house is equipped with infrared heating, so that it is also comfortably warm during the cooler days in the house. Billing is based on consumption. The community pool is about 200 meters away from the house and invites you to relax and bathe. The associated clubhouse is open all season.
