Ferienwohnung Alpenglück

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht und sehr guter Ausstattung mit WLAN, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle,... alles da.Einzig die Matratze war mir persönlich zu hart, aber dass ist persönliches empfinden. Eine nett gemeinte Empfehlung zum Schutz der Vögel - eine Folie, damit die Vögel nicht gegen die Panoramafenster fliegen.

Traumhafte Wohnung in bester Lage mit Abstrichen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, zumindest ab der zweiten Nacht. Denn die Wohnung selbst ist traumhaft und wie beschrieben, aber die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig - sehr viel Staub und Haare in der Wohnung, eine Spülmaschine mit diversen Resten in der Tür und eine Waschmaschine, deren Flusensieb und Schublade wohl auch noch nie gereinigt wurde. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher stanken dermassen nach muffigem Keller, dass wir dies direkt am Morgen nach der Ankunft alles gewaschen haben. Anschliessend konnte man sich dann auch wohl fühlen. Der mitgebuchte Trockner (gegen Aufpreis zusammen mit der Waschmaschine) war leider defekt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde er weder repariert noch ausgetauscht.

Toller Aufenthalt

Das Appartement ist ein Traum. Das Raumkonzept ist toll und sehr gut durchdacht. Zudem ist das Appartement mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. In kurzer Zeit ist fußläufig das Zentrum von Bad Hofgastein und auch Bäcker/Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war tadellos. Allein die Sauberkeit (Bettdecken/Kissen/Bezüge/Schubladen) blieb unter unseren Erwartungen.

Eine runde Sache!

Es war ein wirklich sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Die Ruhe und der Ausblick sind super! Das Gasteiner Tal insgesamt bietet landschaftlich, kulinarisch und auch hinsichtlich der Freizeitaktivitäten ein reichhaltiges Programm. Die Alpentherme sind sehr zu empfehlen allerdings sollte man den Kindertag oder gleich ein 3-Tagesticket wählen. Auch kulturell wurde was geboten: ein Open-Air-Konzert mitten in bad hofgastein. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Der Umgangston ist durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend! Sofern man mehr als 8Tage dort ist, ist die Nutzung der Waschmaschine zumindest für uns nötig gewesen, aber auch hier erwies sich Herr Grundmann als sehr entgegenkommend. Wir fahren gerne nochmal hin!

Sehr stilvolle Ferienwohnung

Uns fehlte es an diesen 14 Tagen an nichts. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und doch gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Panoramablick ein Traum. Die Küche war perfekt und umfangreich ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen.

Perfect location

Perfect apartment in an ideal location

The apartment is impecable. Brand new property, pretty well maintained, beautiful, clean and cleared from heavy decorations. The views fron the living room are fantastic. We loved the village and the location in the Gastein valley. It is perfect to explore the Salzburg region from the countryside. We missed a toast machine for the breakfast and regreted to have noisy leasees in the downstairs apartment. Dr Grundmann assisted promptly when we had a problem whith the WiFi. We enjoyed enormously.

Familienurlaub in einer modernen Wohnung

Eine sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einem grundlegend saniertem Zweifamilienhaus. Es liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße am Hang mit einem überwältigenden Blick über das Tal und auf die Skiberge. Die Bushaltestelle für den Skibus ist 250 m entfernt; der Bus ist immer leer, da es die erste Haltestelle auf der Linie ist. Bis zur Bäckerei am Rand der Einkaufszentrum sind es 750 m.
