Apartment with a wonderful view

Hello dear visitors!

Challes-les-Eaux is a small town near Chambéry, prefecture of Savoie. This is a department on the edge of the French Alps and actually better known for ski tourism. Nevertheless, it provides many other ways!

The location of Challes is a good starting point for hiking, cycling and other excursions in the area. Popular cities such as Lyon, Grenoble and Annecy or Geneva are also within reach.

In our house in a quiet area on the outskirts of Challes we offer a nice holiday, suitable for up to 4 people and fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom. We are happy to provide further information before booking.

The apartment is on the first floor independently via an outside staircase to reach. 2 bedrooms, a living / dining room and kitchen and bathroom make a pleasant stay for up to 4 people possible.

Of course, the garden can be used to linger, depending on the season.

Very convenient transport, about 2 km from the A43 motorway south of Chambery. Parking on the property. Biking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

La location est spacieuse, très bien équipée, et située dans un quartier calme. L'accueil a été très " chat-leureux". L'usage du garage pour y déposer nos affaires de velos a été très apprécié.

Die große Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern bot viel Platz, war als obere Etage vom darunter wohnenden Eigentümer diskret getrennt, Gartennutzung möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Very friendly hosts, perfect accommodation and a beautiful area.

The apartment above the hosts own house was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was perfect for a family of 4. We were able to leave our bikes in their garage and use their washing machine as and when we needed. Annette and Didier were very friendly and helpful and Annette made us some beautiful jam to take with us on our travels. There are some wonderful lakes and walks in the area and we will definitely be heading back as 1 week was not long enough.

Notre séjour a été très agréable. L'appartement est indépendant, bien équipé et bien décoré. Le salon est particulièrement convivial. Nous étions en couple avec deux jeunes enfants et nous étions vraiment à notre l'aise. Mais le plus de la location est vraiment la qualité de l'accueil cordial d'Annette, qui est aux petits soins, et de sa famille.
