This living room opens directly onto the terraced space and pool.



On the same level: a bedroom en suite with TV, king size bed (180cm) and bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.



On the lower level, you will find 4 rooms arranged as follows:



- A first bedroom with two single beds 90 (possibility to make a king size bed upon request). This room is connected to the upper bedroom by a fully open staircase (no possibility of completely closing the access between these two rooms).

- A second en suite bedroom with queen size bed, and shower room with toilet.

- A third bedroom with two single beds 80 combined in a large bed, with separate shower room.

- A fourth large en suite bedroom with queen size bed, large closet, safe, smart TV, google Home, and shower room with toilet.

All rooms open directly onto the garden, and the hallway that serves the rooms is also equipped with plenty of storage and closets/dressing.

Arrivals beyond this schedule must be specified and may incur additional costs.
