Enter through the entrance door and discover a large living area of over 40m2 giving access to the terrace and garden via a French window. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo machine, a kettle and a toaster are also available. Share your meals around the dining table for 5 people or enjoy the terrace as soon as the nice days arrive. Extend your evenings in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.



Upstairs, the accommodation offers two bedrooms. The first has a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a single bed (80x190 cm) for a child, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and a storage cupboard.



Two bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and WC are at your disposal, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs.



A washing machine is available in the entrance hall.



You will be able to park 2 vehicles in the courtyard and store your bicycles in the garage.
