"Please note: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you respect these times. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs. While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, please be aware that the building does not have an elevator. Street parking is available, but please pay attention to local parking regulations. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and free Wi-Fi for your convenience. The kitchen includes essential appliances like a stove, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
