New, modern and chic. Located in Saint-Nectaire, in the heart of the Sancy, this 140 m² holiday home accommodates up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms and a sleeping area. You have a bedroom with a double bed and dressing room, another with bunk beds, a sleeping area with 2 single beds, and a fourth bedroom with a 160x200 bed and shower. The house has a bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink, as well as separate toilets on all floors. You benefit from private Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a plancha and all the necessary comforts. A personalised welcome will be reserved for you on arrival.
Enjoy your spacious south-facing, shaded terrace with jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing. The enclosed grounds ensure privacy and security during your stay.
You have access to private parking on site as well as a 20 m² closed garage, perfect for motorcycles and bicycles.

We had a great time in Saint Nectaire. The gite is located in a quiet area and has been very recently renovated with a brand new kitchen and everything you need to have a cozy family stay. The host was very responsive and made us feel very welcome.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison tout confort

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison une semaine, avec nos deux enfants de 8 ans. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est trés agréable, trés bien équipée et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. La literie est trés confortable et le jacuzzi très appréciable après une journée de rando. Claire et Sébastien ont été trés accueillants. La région est magnigique et regorge d'activités à faire avec les enfants : visite du château de Murol, Vulcania, Volcano de Lemptegy, randonnées, baignade au lac de Chambon, accrobranche...Bref, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et nous recommandons ce logement.
