This completely updated two bedroom one bath condo is nestled in a historic neighborhood close to Mass Ave and downtown sports venues. Less than two miles to Lucas Oil Stadium! It has a beautiful pool and huge sun deck. There is a neighborhood play ground across the street and coffee shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The entrance to the condo is in the back of the property overlooking the pool. It is private and safe. There is a desk with ergonomic chair, two monitors, docking station and high speed WiFi. Perfect for remote work.

Great spot in Indy - especially for an event at Lucas Oil stadium!

Place was clean, had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Margie was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

This is a beautifully updated condo that is part of a 100 year old building. Our condo faces the pool which means there is a lovely view as well as easy access to swimming and sunning in the summer months. We are in easy walking distance of some excellent bars and restaurants and very convenient for attending sports or concert events downtown. We have provided all you need for remote work as well with a big desk, two monitors, docking station, ergonomic desk and fast WiFi!
