Very clean, cute condo so convenient to 30A and close to the beach! On the small side, but perfect for just my husband and I when visiting my niece in Santa Rosa Beach. We really appreciated the 1 and 1/2 baths and the king size bed was very comfortable!

The room was undersized for 4 people let alone 6, no storage for personal items for 4 people (had to live out of our suitcase).Poor location for the bunk beds, literally right next to the half halfbath.This place does not sleep six, 4 is the max because of the lack of storage.Internet was spotting and the code for the beach and pool seem to change daily.Laundry facility was excellent and the location was spot on.All in all over priced for the lack of space and only one shower.

The Cabana was very clean and location was excellent. The sofa definitely needed replacing was very old and not comfortable. We had a water leak in the ceiling from the condo above. I reported it immediately and Beach Walk did send a maintenance person. I asked before coming into the condo to please call me first as I did not want a stranger coming in unless I was there. They did not call me. The Condo was starting to smell from the water dripping down the ceiling. I called Beachwalk and asked if we would be reimbursed any monies as this did interrupt our trip or at lease to move us to another condo. There response was No refund and did not offer to move us. The person I spoke to with Beachwalk was extremely rude, and very unpleasant. I will not book with them again.

Really nice place overall. Just a few things need fixing up. Needs a rug by the sink in master bath. No beach view. Code was changed to the beach the day we got there. No blender and needs a keurig coffee pot. I tried the top bunk and really uncomfortable. Hard like plywood. Needs a sturdier couch. Hard to get out of. Almost need a second person to pull you up. A plus would be is to add free beach service to the condo. We did have a great time. Too close to Alvin’s. That’s dangerous. lol.

The place is better than the photos even! Location is perfection on 1st floor with easy access to your car, pool, beach, laundry room and garbage drop. So clean and light new decor! Love the interior decorating! The big sliding glass door is so nice with a great patio and seating. Plantation shutters I so appreciated My daughter and I felt so at home here. The community is wonderful. The bed was large and so comfy. Loved end tables and lighting. I really can’t say enough positive things. So appreciated the location to everything. The private access to beach was so convenient. One little suggestion from a coffee drinker is suggest getting some more mugs that are big not so small. But I feel silly even saying that but if that was my only gripe. This is a gem and will be booking again. Thank you

The accommodations were perfect for a small family. The ground floor location and end unit were close to parking and easy to access for older people unable to climb stairs.

Steps from beach

The property was great. Only thing that could be better was the sliding door. It was very difficult to open. I would have liked to sit on the patio, but it took all i had to open the door.
