Chris and Karen's home was once again the perfect home away from home for our fall beach week! It is always the most well-stocked, convenient, and comfortable place for us as we spend the week with our kids and our parents. Thank you for another great stay! We can't wait to come back again!

Perfect family getaway!

This is our 2nd stay at License to Chill and it was perfect yet again. Chris and Karen had everything we needed for our 3 year old and 1 year old which made the stay so much more relaxing. The golf cart was perfect and we spent many mornings on a ride grabbing coffee nearby. The pool was great for our kids too and just a short walk. Can’t recommend the house more!! Thanks for the hospitality!!

Perfect

This house is comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for a large family. We especially enjoyed the pool, beach access, golf cart, bikes, and well-stocked kitchen. Great stay

This property and location is perfect. The neighborhood is very relaxing and quiet and the pool is very close. Everything about the property was above our expectations, very clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious, the gathering areas are all comfortable and inviting. The ability to open the porch to the living room was one of my favorite features! Everything you would need for the beach were provided (chairs, games, cooler, etc) the golf cart was very helpful to get out of the neighborhood to the beach. Having the bikes available also removed the need to rent them for the week.The hosts provided suggestions on what to do in the area and were very responsive with any communication before, during and at checkout. This property and the hosts were the best experience we have had with VRBO!

Awesome Retreat!

Loved staying at LTC! We had a large group & we had room for us all to hang out together or spread out, plenty of beach toys, & the golf cart was so helpful. Close to the pool, quiet neighborhood, & a good location. We’ll definitely be back! Thank y’all for an awesome place to stay!!

JUST AS AMAZING AS THE PHOTOS

This home was PERFECT for our family vacation. It was clean, decorated beautifully and even had a sweet personal note from the owners. Close to the beach and close to all of the local shops. Communication with owners and rental company was also amazing We will definitely be renting again. Thank you for making sure our stay went perfectly!

The PERFECT VACATION

We could not have had a better experience at License to Chill! It was our first trip to the area and this was the perfect place for our family to gather and enjoy your beautiful home! Love the wine and the welcome card, it’s those small touches that really make a difference! Great place

We had a great time at License to Chill. From the decor to the well equipped kitchen to the excellent location - it was everything we wanted. We were with several groups that were staying around the area, every-time anyone walked it they mentioned that we had the nicest house. Thanks for the easy and thorough communication from the host.

Beautifully decorated with extra kitchen utensils . enjoyed the outdoor shower and beach chairs .

♥️Love the space enough for our 3 families to relax and enjoy . It was fun sitting out on the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening wine . Golf carts are the way to travel to beach and shopping . Beautifully decorated !!

Great beach house

Beautiful house in a quiet community that allowed for a fun family get together. The house is located a 2 minute walk from the community pool and 5 minute golf cart ride from the private access to the pristine beach. The house was equipped to accommodate cooking and was spaced out well to allow for kids to go to bed while adults could stay without bothering them.

The Best Vacation

This home and property are absolutely beautiful! We vacationed here with friends, and it was perfect for our group of eight. The house was spotless, exactly as described, and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the ice machine was a huge plus for packing coolers for the beach. The golf cart made trips to the beach and the Big Chill so easy, and the kids adored their cozy bunk room.We had the best vacation here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway

First time visiting “30A”. This property was the favorite part of our trip. The house was beautiful and in a good location. Outdoor Shower rentals made the process easy . Andrea was super helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Girls getaway

We loved our week at license to chill. Such a well appointed home…they have thought of everything. From wine fridge to bulk ice machine to oversized blender, all of our needs were met and expectations exceeded. Would 100% recommend.

"I Could Not Ask For More"

We had an excellent stay at License to Chill. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need - from a fully equipped kitchen to beach chairs, toys, and a golf cart for easy transportation. We didn’t need to bring a single thing from home; even a bike pump was provided! The gas grill and Green Egg were excellent and made outdoor cooking a highlight of our stay. The detailed directions and clearly labeled items made everything simple and stress-free. Communication with the owner was outstanding - prompt, helpful, and attentive. We would highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

Best family vacation yet 🏝️

The house was perfect for our growing adult family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was awesome. The house is in pristine condition. The bikes and golf cart were great to have! The house had supplies to get you started if you weren't able to get to store right away. The beach is a short golf cart ride away and the pool is a very short walk. The host were quick to respond when I had questions. We can't wait to go back. Loved everything about it 💙

Grateful we found this special place!

Beautiful beach cottage to relax and spend time with family. We have been coming to this house for the past 4 years, and it truly has become a tradition that we all look forward to. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out yet cozy enough to enjoy time together for coffee, cocktalis, meals and games! The home is always clean, well stocked and the owners are super responsive to any needs that arise. The location could not be better; close to the beach thanks to the golf cart, but also convenient to the pool and close enough for day trips, shopping and activities. It feels like a home away from home. The grandchildren love it. We are thrilled that we are making memories here year after year. Can't recommend it enough and already looking forward to next summer!

Short walk to the beach. Quiet area with great public spaces (grass play area and pool). House was well appointed with extra provisioning which led us to believe that adults rented it and adults owned it. Very kid friendly. Walk to the Hub. Staff walked us through everything super clearly. Loved it. Did I say that we loved it?

I can not say enough good things about this property and the owners! The property was very spacious and equipped with all the essentials and more you need for a comfortable beach stay! Golf cart, Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, grill, plenty of kitchen storage, complete with great pantry so items were not stored on counters, extra trash bags, dishwasher pods if needed, plenty of cookware and utensils. I mean the list goes on.. Not toMention it was only a few steps away from the pool! It is a fantastic place to stay. I have to mention that the communication between Karen and her husband was excellent. If we had any questions the response time was unbelievably quick.Would definitely rent here again!

Great House, Perfect for Families

House was in great shape when we got there. Had one shower drain that was clogged a little, but they got right out and cleaned it out. Bunk room is very nice, plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Kids are all 3.5 and younger and the house worked perfectly for them. The golf cart is a must have! Outdoor shower is great for cleaning off after the beach. Very close to the pool, easy walk even with small kids. Pool is great for young kids with the gentle sloped entry. Would stay at this house again without hesitation. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals. Grill is very nice and easy to use. Plenty of beach toys for the little ones.
