Welcome to Penmarch, in the charming district of Saint Guénolé, where this fully equipped furnished house welcomes you for a comfortable stay for up to 7 people. You will also enjoy a fenced garden and a large 100m² terrace with a plancha, perfect for your summer outdoor meals. Just 300 metres from the beach and 700 metres from the port and shops, you can do everything on foot or by bike. Surf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the famous spots of La Torche and Pors Carn. Swimming, walks along the coastline and water activities will punctuate your days. An ideal place for holidays with family or friends, in the heart of the Bigouden country.



Enter through the entrance door and discover the dining room, ideal for sharing your meals thanks to its large table that can accommodate up to 7 guests. On the right, the independent kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers you everything you need to cook just like at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker are at your disposal. At the back, the living room/lounge invites you to gather in the evening on the large sofa facing the television.



The accommodation includes three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), and two upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds.



The bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a shower, toilet and a hairdryer.

A second bathroom, outside in the small garage with a large walk-in shower and a toilet, is at your disposal.



A washing machine and tumble dryer are also at your disposal.



You will have a private parking space to park your vehicle. You can also store your bicycles safely in the garden.
