You book a whole big house with your own property and access. The garden offers good privacy - ideal for relaxing days! Casa Bom Dia is in a small, non-tourist village in the Algarve. The house is only a few meters from the Atlantic Ocean, in a declared nature reserve (Ria Formosa / Wadden Sea). The photos best explain the location. All pictures are taken at the house or in the immediate vicinity and contain an explanation.

The house is spacious (approx. 130 sqm), built in the typical Moorish style and around it are terraces (approx. 200 sqm) and shady places on a large plot (1000 sqm). Outside there are plenty of loungers, lounges, tables, benches and chairs - so that everyone can find their comfortable place. Outside there is also a beautiful outdoor shower (with privacy screen) in which you can cool off quickly. Inside, we have set up charming retreats (reading chair, comfortable armchairs, large sofa).

It is 150 m to the Wadden Sea ("white Ria"), a huge, beautiful nature stretches (see pictures). Bathing is possible in the Ria! We are happy to provide further information (note tides). We recommend watching Internet videos for the area, for example by Maximilian Xavier, who depicts the area very well.

The signposted cycle paths through nature, the salt pans, to Fuseta, Tavira and Olhao start right at the house. A bike is recommended in the area and you can rent bikes anywhere.

There are more beaches in Fuseta (1.8 KM) ... also easily accessible by bike. Fuseta offers an "inner beach", which is also suitable for smaller children. The water in the lagoon is mostly warm, many people bathe until December ...

Regarding the plot and garden: The garden is laid out in the typical way and is not additionally irrigated. It is green in the "winter months". In the summer months, the trees are green and the soil is dry. You are welcome to harvest the fruit trees (mandarins, oranges, apricots, medlars). Otherwise, the garden only receives basic care from the gardener. The gardener comes every Thursday afternoon between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the 1st and 3rd week of the month. Since he has a key for the gate, you do not have to worry about anything.
Your vacation, our concept: We offer you a large house in a good location with an affordable living concept. For a fair price. For reasons of conviction and ecological reasons, we B. on air conditioning in our houses - after all, you go south for sun and warmth. But we offer cooling fans in every room. The rooms are also generously and comfortably furnished - but not “technically upgraded” because that would also drive the rental price. So expect a cozy, clean house in a good residential area with plenty of space.
