Welcome to beautiful Tacoma and the Pacific Northwest! We look forward to having you enjoy your visit in our recently remodeled cozy, craftsman home! Conveniently located near everything you need to get to in order to make your stay a great one! Close access across the street to a popular biking trail!

It has: 2 BR, 1 BA and a bonus space upstairs to include an office and additional sleeping area. The house is fully stocked, equipped and furnished. Wi-fi, cable is also available.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all garbage/recycle and throw into the bins outside. Check the garbage/recycle bin schedule on the calendar and take out to the street if applicable.
Start a load of sheets in the washer. If additional time, move to the dryer and start a load of towels. Wash/dry and put away the dishes. Strip the bedding and leave on top of the beds.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning/heat. Lock the doors. Send me a text message (253.691.5177) or in the app to let me know that you've checked out so that I can initiate cleaning.

This was the perfect house and in the perfect location for our stay. There is a lovely yard that my youngest enjoyed, comfortable beds, and it is close to many of the fun things you will want to do! The property was clean and comfortable. We had a great time and having a safe a cozy place to come back to each night made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cheree's place was a great home base for our Tacoma trip. We loved how convenient the location was for driving out to Mount Rainier and up to Seattle. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having the backyard was wonderful for letting our two-year-old daughter play. Cheree was super responsive, easy to reach, and even left a thoughtful welcome basket with local coffee and treats.

The property was excellent and so nice to be able to bring our Alice, 5 year old Boston Terrier. Communications with the owner were always quick and responsive. Our family's 2nd stay and we would do so again in the future.

We stayed here last year and it was a great stay. This year was even better. Cheree is very hospitable. The home is very comfortable and cozy. Absolutely loved the flowers in the yard! Will definitely be back again.
