Welcome to S 25th St.! 2 BR 1 BA + Bonus Space

Welcome to beautiful Tacoma and the Pacific Northwest! We look forward to having you enjoy your visit in our recently remodeled cozy, craftsman home! Conveniently located near everything you need to get to in order to make your stay a great one! Close access across the street to a popular biking trail!

It has: 2 BR, 1 BA and a bonus space upstairs to include an office and additional sleeping area. The house is fully stocked, equipped and furnished. Wi-fi, cable is also available.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all garbage/recycle and throw into the bins outside. Check the garbage/recycle bin schedule on the calendar and take out to the street if applicable.
Start a load of sheets in the washer. If additional time, move to the dryer and start a load of towels. Wash/dry and put away the dishes. Strip the bedding and leave on top of the beds.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning/heat. Lock the doors. Send me a text message (253.691.5177) or in the app to let me know that you've checked out so that I can initiate cleaning.
