The house is just as described and met the needs of our group from 10 year olds to 80 year olds. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. ample parking behind the house is great and it helped my parents that we could pull up the car to the first floor level in the back.
Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are nice sizes. Great home for a large group.

Thanks Molly! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!
The cabin is lovely, in a beautiful area, quiet and restful. The cabin needs some upgrades, including dishwasher (very loud), dryer (does not always work) and grill, as only the front burners work and the propane tank was empty. Kitchen was well equipped, the garage was available and the parking area in back of the cabin was very helpful.

Thank you for the feedback Jennilin however this is a little upsetting because we did offer to let you move to a different home with the same number of bedrooms and a flat driveway. You chose to stay because you liked the house. We will definitely take a look at the cookware, and other issues and we had someone up to immediately fix the calcium issues you were having with the toilets while you were there.

Cabin was okay but needs attention to maintenance inside.
Overall property had plenty of room for our family. I would suggest that the property have better maintenance in between people staying there. There were several light bulbs burned out throughout 3 just in the kitchen area. The dryer had a bad sound when we tried to use it maybe a bad belt or something. The refrigerator didn't seem to be working properly it was cold but the freezer side would not freeze things properly. Also when we arrived we had to scoop snow away from the front door in order to use it. The hot tub was cold upon arrival but by the next morning it seemed to have warmed up enough to use. Also I believe that overall cleanliness of the place needs work. There was dust on tables and lamps and a lot of the dishes/silverware were dirty when we went to use them. Would be hard for us to recommend to others.
Host was fast to respond. Property can accommodate a large group. Proximity to terry peak is unbearable.

Nice home in a great location. Perfect for our spring break occasion. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Very dusty and found trash in couch and a mess under the couches.

Hi Amber, thank you for staying with us at In The Snow Lodge. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and we apologize that the cleanliness was not up to par as that is not our standard. We will make sure to address the issue right away.
This cabin was everything we needed for our extended family of six adults and and seven kids! Our littlest loved the toys and our older kiddos loved the hot tub while we all enjoyed the quick ride over to Terry Peak.

Thank you for staying with us at In The Snow Lodge. We are so glad you had a wonderful stay and that there was something that every group found enjoyable!
Overall, it was a nice, clean, great place to stay. Be aware that if you come with your touring bike, the driveway is incredibly steep. I would have liked to have seen the "small" amenities, such as shampoo/conditioner/soap in the shower. I also would have appreciated more than 1/2 roll of paper towels. Other then that, everything worked, was very clean, and had a very good "black hills cabin" feel. I definitely would recommend!

Hi Chase, thank you for staying with us at In The Snow Lodge. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!
Great home, plenty big for the number of people it sleeps. We had 14 in our group and we’re able to spread out & not be on top of one another. Beautiful property. Driveway is a bit steep but fine for regular vehicles.

Hi Adrienne, thank you for staying with us at In the Snow Lodge. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!
This cabin was the perfect size for our large family! It was very cozy and the sunsets over the mountains were spectacular! We really liked the location too as there was so much to see and do in the area. The only negatives about the cabin were low water pressure in the kitchen and the warm temperatures in the loft at night. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend staying there.

Hi Laura, thank you for staying with us at In The Snow Lodge. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and we will try to figure out how to get a bit more air up to the loft!
This house fit us great. Lots of room and plenty of sleeping space. It worked great to to park around back and have only couple steps to ebter home for my mom who can't walk well and everything she needed was on main level. Everything was well cleaned and lots of dishes and appliances made meals great. The kids said "we definitely need to come back to this cabin next time." The full size bunks were great to fit them all downstairs in their own space.
