Great stay location with nice amenities, easy to do business with & great communications. An excellent place to stay for hiking in the park or hanging out downtown.
We enjoyed our short stay at the cabin. It was in a great location, was clean, and communication with owner was excellent. The cabin did not have enough seating for 6 people comfortably as shown on the listing. Overall, I thought the cabin was nice and would stay here again.
Nice little cabin at the end of the road! It worked perfect for our group! Check in was seamless. It's a bit of a walk to the main road if you walk out the way you drive in, but if you go around to the front of the motel, you can get to airport road quickly and pick up a Gatlinburg shuttle bus. Communication was great! The only downside was the hot tub cover was old and sagging and was leaving Styrofoam in the water.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip this weekend! The host was fantastic and very communicative. The cabin was clean! We loved the creek out back! Highly recommend!
The house accommodated our group well. It was in a quiet area. If you walk around the hotel in front you can catch the trolley there. We had everything we needed. Would stay again
We wanted to be close to the convention center. This was a good location. We also wanted the quiet you can’t get from a hotel. This was great. Host was very helpful when we needed it!
We booked only one night to visit Gatlinburg. I took my parents and my daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The place is stunning and so close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. Just a note, it's walking distance to everything, you just have a steep hill to climb. Everything considered, I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Again, thanks for a wonderful stay!
A nice big cabin close to downtown Gatlinburg. Each bedroom (3) is on separate floors, all king beds. I will say if you have issues climbing stairs, this may be a problem because this place does have a lot of stairs. It does have all of the amenities you need for your stay. Communication with the manager is great if any problem arises. It could be updated in some areas but it does have a cabin charm.
Check in was supposed to be at 4 because they were still cleaning finally checked in at 5:30. Has a pool table but all the pool sticks has no tips 1 was broken in half be hind a chair. Hot tub was pretty dirty . The pots and pans are so old cant cook in them. The sheets on the bed felt like they had not been washed had food Crumes in them. Not what I expected for the money I paid. There's a Hotel wright there in front of you and trash all on the bank and creek. Will never stay here again.
This cabin is beautiful and what the listing says. Great location. You can walk behind the hotel and around to a trolly stop or walk to the strip. Close to lots to do like Ripleys and more. The hot tub was filled and ready to go. There were dishes to use which was nice. A bear even came up to check us out. It was awesome. Check in was a breeze and communication was great. Now the down fall. There were millipeds everywhere! And I mean everywhere. Crawling from the cracks of the walls, stopping up the tub, the floors, you would wake up and step on them. I get it, its a cabin but still. It was like waking up in a game of fear factor. Rather annoying to have to wear socks everywhere. The bottom of the tubs were questionable. We wore shoes to shower. The air vent filter hadnt been changed since the cold war. It was so filthy you couldnt even tell its orginal color. There was dust everywhere. And they keep the air set somewhere between hell and pergatory. It was beyond hot on the 2nd level. I understand it was June but I live in Ky and can keep my house cool easily. The thermostat changing back to 75 every 30 minutes was crazy. Not a broom in sight. Hard to clean up after yourself and who wants to buy a broom on a few days vacation. Bed in the bottom level is pretty wobbly, and all of them were so creaky the neighbors knew if you rolled over. Over all we enjoyed our stay. We fought the bugs with a can of off and cleaned up a reasonable amount. The cabin really is beautiful.
We absolutely loved the location of this cabin. It was just far enough off the main drag that it felt like you were in the woods but close enough to walk. We did walk the first night but after we encountered a big black furry bear, we decided walking (especially at night) was probably not the best idea. This big guy (at least 6' tall) greeted us the first morning we were there. This cabin was so clean. I love when I can walk in my sock feet or bare feet and not feel crud under my feet. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplace. It didn't work at first but the host made sure it got fixed just in time for the coldest day of the season. We also enjoyed the pool table, pac man game (although I am terrible at it) and my husband enjoyed the hot tub. This place could pretty easily accommodate 3 couples as there are 3 bedrooms (one on each floor) although I would say two couples would be ideal as there are only 2 full bathrooms. The living area was just perfect for the two of us. Not sure how it would work out with 6 adults as there is not much seating plus parking multiple cars might be an issue. We did have to message the host a couple of times but they were very responsive. They have the digital dead bolt so getting in and out was pretty easy. The heat worked great so we were very comfortable. It's a lot of stairs so you should know that going in. It wouldn't be that good for someone with mobility constraints.
