This 3 BR, 2 BA home has been lovingly and meticulously cared for by 4 generations of the same family, and the pride shows from the driveway all the way to the back yard. Easy access for trailering in the toys all 4 seasons, so don't miss out on this Black Hills gem!

The home is a unique blend of contemporary updates and retro fixtures making Cotton Corner a true treasure. The house flows smoothly from front to back, giving way to a huge backyard that you will talk about for years.

There is an amazing back deck, a calming fountain and pond, and over an acre of extremely well cared for grounds. The backyard features relaxing elements for just about anyone and adds a swing set and clubhouse for the younger travelers to burn off some energy.

Inside there is a spacious living room to gather and visit, or you can flip on the 65" Smart TV and add your accounts to watch your favorite shows. Don't forget to take a soak in the indoor hot tub - a private, relaxing retreat from a day exploring the hills.

Cotton Corner is one of the easiest access vacation rentals in the area. The driveway is flat and provides roughly 100 yards of outside parking and ends at the 2-car garage for some inside parking too. When you don't want to drive, there are cab companies ready to whisk you anywhere in the Northern Hills.

Great Location & Very Clean

We stayed here for the Sturgis Rally - absolutely loved the location - close to Deadwood & Lead. The house offered all of the amenities we could ask for. The indoor hot tub was a nice addition for the rainy weather we had this year.

Deadwood Bachelorette

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend down in Deadwood. The VRBO is a great location, only 3-5 minutes from downtown Deadwood, and the VRBO itself was so nice inside and out that we hardly wanted to leave. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, and there were plenty of towels as well. The only thing that was slightly strange was that the hot tub is inside, but there isn't any drain in the floor. We tried to get into the hot tub, but it was overfilled, so after only two people getting in, it started to overflow.
