Large family villa, sleeps 12, seafront with swimming pool and enclosed garden

In a very quiet location, this large family home is just 150m from the sea and beach, overlooking a large south-facing garden. A swimming pool (10m x 4m) with optional heating is available outside of the winter season. All the comforts you need for a wonderful holiday are provided, including numerous games such as table tennis, pétanque, beach games, garden furniture, and a barbecue. A 24m² covered terrace offers a shaded area for meals (teak table seating 12-14) or for relaxing evenings, in addition to a tiled terrace with an aluminium table (seating 14) and a large parasol. Two outbuildings on either side of the house can be accessed, increasing the total number of bedrooms to 7. A rigid two-person sea kayak with equipment and/or a small Laser Pico dinghy are available upon request, subject to conditions.
