Nanas Rainbow riverhouse with waterfront close to headsprings

Rental consists of downstairs unit containing; 2 separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, two separate living rooms and a massive kitchen and outdoor entertaining space. Laundry room and deck on waterfront included. 1900 square foot, that sleeps 8 nestled on an acre of property. Perfect location between headsprings and kp hole for tubing, kayaking, fishing or peace of mind. ( owners on premises but we realize that it is your time and space when you rent, any questions please ask) You have your own private waterfront. Have fun and get some sun! 🌞

Please note: undiscussed late checkout times will be charged a $50 late fee as this puts us behind schedule. If wishing to adjust times, it is worth asking and we will accommadate if possible, however somedays we have same day c/ in and c/ outs so we must stay on track. If wishing to come early, we will accomadate the request if we can.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Due to the amount of laundry we ask that guests wash all used towels in order for the cleaning company to maintain their schedule.
Empty the refrigerator of all leftover or used food items. If you have unopened refrigerated items that you are unable to take with you and don't want to go to waste it's ok to leave in it the fridge.
All trash is to be placed inside the large brown trash can. Trash can is to be taken straight out to the road and placed in between our main driveway and the driveway to the mobile home nextdoor
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE discard all smoking trash in trash can! Do Not Toss on ground. Trash is picked up on Monday's, place to road as you leave
420 friendly anywhere outside. Any smoking or use of weed pen inside will result in a $250 charge.
No pets! Too much damage and disturbance has occured.

Location, location, location! House is spacious and comfortable! Riverfront has a peaceful dock for sitting and a perfect little cove for floating. We brought our own kayaks and paddle board, but the owners provide many water toy options. Matthew was quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The home was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Check-in was a breeze, and everything we needed for an amazing Rainbow River experience was provided. The owners went above and beyond—even grilling us steak and ribs that were literally some of the best we’ve ever eaten! Amazing Southern hospitality from start to finish. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay again! I’m already planning for next year!

Location is Perfect, feel secluded in nature while also at the center of the Rainbow river experience. Private little cove right off the dock to relax and float, with easy access to kayaks to explore the river. Authentic to visiting a Nanas home. Authentic rustic Florida nostalgia vibes. Great, spacious and well appointed rental. Matt, the property owner, was a great communicator and very generous throughout our stay. The space comfortably sleeps 10, with about 7 different sleeping areas, so everyone had their own spot. The kitchen was well stocked, including a Keurig and a grind coffee option, plus a toaster oven, and the drinking water was great.The dock was a great bonus with kayaks big and small, the kids caught fish right off it, and we were close enough to the head springs that my boys actually swam up there every day, though it was a tough swim. We’ll happily return.

The host is very accommodating and personable. Enjoyed having Matt around. The house is very spacious especially the kitchen. The location is perfect right in between KP hole and State Park. Kayaks were a bonus. Loved the outdoor fire pit with all the wood available. Nearby bike trails were fun and very scenic. Grocery stores nearby if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to visit again!

Location awesome, hard to see the driveway but , it’s on a white sign , beautiful spot on the river , huge lay out , two living rooms , Bri g 10 people easy. Very important , there is no system in place for you to just float down to the KP hole and walk back, pretty dangerous little walk , tight , about 3 miles . If you have two cars , a few bikes , something may help.Super awesome people, we will visit again . Wish we could bring our pets
