This great family home has plenty of space including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, and a sun-drenched open-floor plan (living room, dining room, fully-equipped chefs kitchen, breakfast bar, cathedral ceiling). The first floor of the house hosts a spacious living room with grand fireplace, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, a newly renovated full bath with shower, office/laundry room, and butlers pantry. The kitchen has all you would want to prepare a gourmet meal including, dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, mixer, blender, coffee pot, food processor and spices. The second floor has three bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and tub, as well as a newly renovated master suite with a large ensuite bathroom with a steam shower, and tub. Additionally, the master bedroom offers a gas fireplace and walk in closet.

Amazing vacation!

Lauren could not have been more accommodating! The house itself is beautiful and in a great location! It is located on Montauk Lake with kayaks and paddle boards, with a beautiful backyard. Only a little over a mile to everything Montauk has to offer. Thank you!
