Welcome to Sandals, our comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo located in a quiet oceanfront complex on Florida’s beautiful Space Coast. Just steps from the sand, this ground-level retreat offers the perfect mix of beach relaxation, great amenities, and walkable access to the best of Cocoa Beach.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening ocean breeze on the private patio, then take a short stroll through private beach access to the wide, sandy shoreline of Cocoa Beach. The complex offers wonderful amenities for guests, including a solar-heated swimming pool open year-round, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a picnic area with charcoal grills—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

I took my daughter and her boyfriend on a Spring Break Getaway for their Senior year of High School. We enjoyed a low key and relaxing stay. The condo was conveniently located with a short walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities.

Cleanliness

Floors were dirty and unswept (until we did it). Maids were just leaving as we arrived after the check in time. They had not swept the floor however.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that the floors did not appear thoroughly cleaned when you arrived. Our cleaning team was still finishing their work when you arrived early, and unfortunately they were not able to complete the full cleaning routine—including sweeping—before being asked to leave so you could check in. We always want our guests to walk into a spotless condo, and we sincerely apologize that this was not your experience. We have since hired a new professional cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again.
