Welcome to my beachfront condo! I'm so happy to share this space with you. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico waters and then take a stroll down to the pool for the day. Did I mention that you don't have to cross any busy streets to access the beach? OR if you're looking for more activity, it's just a short drive or walk to the main drag for restaurants, shopping and more!

This property provides a stunning view of the Gulf and the Intercoastal from this Top Floor Condo! After a complete renovation in 2016, this luxurious and comfortable condo boasts a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the kitchenware you might need. There is tile throughout and comfortable furniture with a place for everyone to sit and relax.

The Emerald Isle property went through $5 million renovation recently and the complex includes BBQ area, tennis courts, laundry facilities (that take credit cards), shuffleboard & pickleball!

Beach service is included in your rental - 2 chairs and an umbrella.

Our 2024 Family Vacation at Ft Walton Beach!

We had an incredible family vacation at the beautiful Emerald Isle! Pam was fantastic to work with and provided great hospitality. The pool, access to the beach and the condo was equipped to allow a relaxing week at the beach with our three young children. We have no complaints and would recommend 10/10. We hope to come back in the years to come. Thank you for a wonderful week and the lifelong memories we were able to create at your beautiful oasis.

Gorgeous views!

This property was perfect for our stay! We really appreciated the convenience to the beach, and having the pool was a real boon when the currents weren't cooperating. The views were incredible as well, and the condo was setup with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
