Just a brief walk to a metro station made the apartment very convenient for everywhere we were going in Paris. Benjamin was great at communication prior to and during the stay. The apartment had everything we needed for the two of us. The AC unit is not central air, so it did have work keeping up with temps that rose above 100 every day over 4 days of our stay. The area around was very safe, we felt comfortable walking at all times of the evening.
