As advertised and great anniversary winter getaway

This place was relaxing and just right for visiting the Outer Banks in the off season. The hot tub was the best feature for us and it was a nice, relaxing getaway for our February anniversary. Our dog was also quite comfortable here and a nice fenced in area to let him get some exercise. We think things would have gone a little smoother if the community gate people were more informed about who will be renting, which property will be rented and the length of stay.

Second Time Visiting, Not the Last!

It's Britney, Beach! is such a cute house with tons of personality. The living area is comfortable and inviting; the dining room table/kitchen is open concept and one can easily chat with guests in all 3 rooms. The hot tub and screened in porch is another favorite, with a mini fridge and comfy outdoor furniture and a corn hole game if one wishes. My guests and I loved It's Britney, Beach!

Beautiful home but had some issues.

The house itself was beautiful and was perfect for what we needed. Very cute and in a nice little quiet community area.

Summer Fishing Trip

The house was clean. There was a strong mildew smell throughout the house. The source of the smell was the shower curtain in the back bathroom. There is not enough living room furniture for 6 adults and the furniture is very uncomfortable. It is quite a ways from the beach, but I rented it due to thinking I would have access to the community boat launch since it showed pics of boats at the community boat launch. I l found out I would have to pay to launch from the community boat launch so I just went to Oregon Inlet and launched. It was a nice house just overpriced for the location without having access to the boat launch.
