This newly renovated adobe style home will make you feel like you’re in a resort.
Wether you’re looking for a family vacation, girls/guys trip, mountain biking trip, romantic getaway, couples retreat or just a weekend getaway this is the perfect home.

The house is close to many outdoor activities including hiking, fishing, mountain biking, Paddle boarding/kayaking/tubing, and bird watching.

We are not offering just a place to stay, we are offering the complete Colorado outdoor experience.

Wonderful property in every regard

The owner was always available and easy to communicate with. Amazing view of the mountains. All very clean. Super stocked kitchen which was a big bonus. We've already communicated with the owner to book this house again. Only one suggestion: provide a 3-ring binder that tells us how to use the various remote controls that we could not figure out. Thanks so much.

This house is so charming. It is tucked in the most serene setting with magnificent views of the monument. Everything about this house is fantastic…beds, space, kitchen, outdoor area…all perfect. Patricia was great to work with.

Just Like Home

We loved our stay at Patricia's home. It was beautifully decorated and felt just like we were at home. The kitchen amenities were extremely helpful for cooking and snacking while traveling with the family. Loved the privacy of the Master Bedroom and back porch. Location was also perfect, close to all attractions Grand Junction has to offer! Truly a GEM!
