Welcome to downtown Indy! Come stay in our vacation home rental right in the shadow of Lucas Oil Stadium. You will be walking distance from EVERYTHING you need downtown! Perfect for groups! Close to everything you need. Convention center, dining, entertainment, sports venues, everything is just a walk away! We very much look forward to hosting you! :)

Perfect Location!!!

We had the best time tailgating and making memories this weekend at this location. It's the perfect spot and a short walk to the stadium, pubs, restaurants, and mall. It could use some upgrades, but for the price and location, this spot couldn't be beat! We will definitely be back and cannot wait to plan our next trip to Indianapolis.

Fantastic proximity to Downtown Indy!

We had a great time at the property! It was cozy and literally a 5 minute walk to Lucas Oil. Parking directly in front of the entrance was nice as well. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great place!

In town for a volleyball tournament, and this was perfect for my daughter and I. Short walk to Lucas Oil and Convention Center. Easy check in and great prop manager/owner. Would definitely stay again!!
