Why they chose this property
This property is extremely unique. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. There are seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half bath, living room, dining room, den, and a private beach. The private beach has beautiful views of Shell Island, the pass into the Gulf of Mexico, as well as sea birds and dolphins that are found in the area
