Simple studio, attached but with separate entry and key pad, so good privacy. NW Boise in a very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, range, electric skillet, toaster oven, instant pot, and coffee service.
Huge closet space, lots of other storage, and bathroom with shower.
Couch has luggage storage.
Wifi available. Near shopping, bus stop, downtown, and river. Pets may be allowed with $50 nonrefundable pet deposit, but guests must communicate with me about this for the safety of their pet.

I stayed at the Birdhouse Apartment for several days in June as I was transitioning into my new housing. It was exactly what I needed during that in-between time — clean, comfortable, and hassle-free. The apartment felt bright and welcoming even in the middle of summer, with excellent air conditioning that kept things nice and cool.Everything was well-maintained and practical: the kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, the bed was comfortable for good rest, free WiFi was fast and reliable, and parking was convenient. Perfect setup for our short stay

This property provided everything we needed for our stay. Only complaint was a strong cat smell within, that was luckily aired out by the many windows into the beautiful garden. Perfect place to crash for a night or two if busy in the area.

Super cute studio and neighborhood!

Perfect location for me and my pup to stay and visit home. Easy access to just about everything. Studio was private, cute and the perfect size. Pup and I were very relaxed. Check in/out was simple and host was very helpful and friendly.
