Oceanfront 2Bed 2Bath Condo with Large Balcony & Amazing views

This View! So many things were important to us when selecting a condo to purchase but we know that pretty much everything can be changed or updated except the view and that is what attracted us to this property. Crescent Sands at Windy Hill is a relatively small complex with only 6 floors. It is family friendly and quiet. Our unit (E-2) is just off the elevator and offers beautiful ocean views from both the living room and primary bedroom. Multiple renovations were completed once we purchased the condo in November 2021.
Condo is conveniently located close to Barefoot Landing and many amazing restaurants and has private washer/dryer in the unit.
HOA prohibits renters from bringing pets.

We had a great stay. We spent lots of time debating where to stay for a Ripken tournament, and were so glad we chose this condo! It was clean and spacious, laundry in the unit was a huge plus, and being across from Barefoot Landing gives easy access to amazing restaurants and a great vibe! So much better than being in a high-rise resort or hotel. And the balcony was perfection!

Summer Beach Getaway

My family enjoyed a weeklong escape to the beach this summer. The condo was perfect for our needs. My only "watch out" would be ....the building is nextdoor to public beach access which made the beach area very crowded. Other than that, it was a fantastic vacation.

Easy checkin, no need to some building to get keys and wristbands. Same for checkout. Coffee pot didn’t work. Nice to have beach stuff in closet but it need to gone thru for broken items. Blackout curtains were nice.

Excellent property

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The view was great!! The elevator was quick and parking underneath the building was a nice bonus. We can't say enough about how good the communication was with the owners. The beach was less crowded than other parts of Myrtle as there were no high rise buildings close by. We would recommend this property and would stay again.

Unexpected Short Stay

My family and I planned on staying for 7 days but Tropical Storm Debby had other plans in mind. We were unsure what to do but worked with the owner who went above and beyond for us. We were extremely sad and disappointed to leave after 2 days but happy we rented from someone who was understanding. Will definitely come back again. Enjoyed the time we had in the condo. Wonderful owner.

Crescent Sands E-2 is the place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Crescent Sands E-2. It is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. I loved everything about the condo. There was a panoramic view of the ocean. It was very clean, updated and beautifully decorated. Everything one would need was provided anywhere from household products to books and entertainment. There's a separate closet outside the condo filled with beach supplies. The communication with Laura the owner was excellent. She made herself available at anytime. I recommend this place highly for a pleasant stay. I definitely will be returning!

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED

Our stay was awesome........it was my parents' 64th wedding anniversary and my mom had just got of the hospital with a possible stroke. She was able to relax and enjoy the oceanfront views from the living room and the bedroom. The unit felt like being at home not a hotel room or just an oceanfront condo, IT WAS A HOME!!! The little personal touches of decor and furnishings was above a TOUCH OF CLASS. Definitely will be back again and soon!!!! If you rent this unit, you will not be disappointed

Perfect

We have traveled in this area for over 30 years. Our family very rarely stays in the same place twice. This may become our forever vacation spot. The parking, location, amenities, and unit were all wonderful. The owner made suggestions on dinner, messaged about a very minor complex issue, and even was kind when I reached out a couple times accidentally. The sleeping accommodations were both comfortable and quiet. The living space was roomy and allowed us to visit with family. With three adults and one teenager the bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the evenings. The balcony lounger was perfect for nap or reading. The decor was beautiful and added the delightful touch.

Best condo we could have chosen in N. Myrtle Beach

We have never stayed in a more comfortable, convenient, perfectly lovely and clean condo at the beach. Laura was always quick to respond to every question we had for packing. The closet available to us that was complete with beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items was something we have never encountered...always locked for owners only. The beautiful views from the family room and master bedroom were amazing, and the balconies were private and the perfect level for viewing (2nd floor). The elevator, luggage carts, grocery carts and easy covered parking were great! The beds and family room furniture, including two nice recliners, were very comfy. Our weather was perfect all week, and since the complex is one of the smaller ones, the beachfront was never crowded in the least. We could never have chosen a more convenient location across from Barefoot Landing with a great restaurant selection closeby, and the Tanger Outlets are only about a mile away. Also the bypass for Conway (Hwy. 22) entry is only about a mile away. So much to enjoy and so little time. Our week passed way too quickly, and we look forward to returning again. Thank you to awesome hosts for providing this perfect VRBO!!

The property was great and well represented by the pictures. It was well stocked with plenty of beach equipment, which was a huge plus. Another huge plus is the balcony and the view of the ocean. The owner is easy to communicate with and the check process was super simple. All the information you needed as far as door and gate codes, Wi-Fi passwords, and instructions on using the TV were easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this condo.

Our condo was well stocked for any cooking we wanted to do. We had extra pillows in the bed!!! The recliners in the living room were awesome. We had trouble with the TV in the master bedroom and the washing machine kept on shutting off and we had to restart it. The closet with beach items had a lot in!!! I would recommend this place. It was very clean.

Well worth it

You wont be sorry. It’s everything as described and more. The most important thing for us is cleanliness and this was definitely clean. Wonderful restaurants around the area and the place has every utensil you may need so if you want to cook a meal on a rainy day you are all set. The view is amazing. A perfect place to recharge. We would definitely book this condo again.

Wonderful spot on the beach

This place has everything we needed. The kids had so much fun at the beach. The first night there I sat on the balcony for a long time listening to the waves and watching the moon rise over the ocean. Couldn't ask for a better place to relax.

Perfect Vacation Rental!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. From the oceanfront views to the quiet neighborhood streets and convenient location to stores and restaurants we couldn't have asked for anything more. The condo is as pictured and clean. Beds were comfortable. Added bonus of linens and towels provided and a storage room with beach chairs and toys. We have stayed at many locations in North Myrtle and Myrtle over the last several years and this is by far the best rental. We will definitely book this condo again on our next trip. Laura was fantastic with answers to questions and thought of everything to provide a relaxing get away!

Lovely stay

This was our first VRBO experience. Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was in place including beach chairs and an umbrella. Beautiful Beach was just a few steps away. I may have enjoyed being in walking distance to some shops and restaurants but otherwise a great experience. Seems like October was the perfect time for fewer crowds and temperatures that weee just right.

Beautiful Condo!!

The pictures in this room shown are exactly what the condo looks like, but even better!! This whole condo was super clean!! I loved the beach theme, the bed was so comfy, as well as the recliners in the living room! The kitchen had everything you needed. The bathrooms were pretty, and a bonus was a stackable washer/dryer! But the best part was that it was directly on the ocean, and the views from the living room and master bedroom were breathtaking! I loved sleeping with the screen door opened listening to the waves at night! It was very peaceful and quiet being that it was off season which my husband and I loved! No need to bring beach chairs or umbrellas...this condo had a room stored with all the beach stuff! Laura the owner was very nice and was always available to answer any questions we had! We will always book this condo from now on when we visit North Myrtle Beach!

Buck and I live in Midlothian, VA just south of Richmond. Buck is a self employed general contractor and I work for a large financial institution. We own a condo in Panama City, FL which we renovated and rent since purchasing in late 2020. We are excited as North Myrtle Beach is much closer to allow us to take advantage of any open dates. We both love the beach could never tire of listening to the ocean.

Why they chose this property

Crescent Sands in Windy Hill met our must have requirements: 1) small complex and 2) direct ocean front view and access. We have learned that we can work with the layout and make updates to better suit our tastes but the view has to be perfect and this one is.

What makes this property unique

Conveniently located close to many restaurants and Barefoot Landing, our condo is ideal if you like a quiet and family friendly atmosphere. Our renovations lean towards the more serene colors and a relaxing vibe.
