Cottage located between the Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Monts Dores. This location is ideal for discovering the riches of the Puy-de-Dôme department: strolls, shopping and visits to Museums in Clermont-Ferrand, hikes in the immediate vicinity with breathtaking landscapes, the Puy-de-Dôme to climb at on foot or with the Panoramic Train, skiing at the Mont-Dore resort ... Young and old will also be delighted to discover the owner's Highland cow farm. The latter will be happy to share her passion for animals. The gîte is located on the 1st floor of the owner's house on a property including a second gîte. Access to the living room via few steps. On the ground floor: beautiful living room with kitchen, living room with wood stove (wood supplied free of charge) and dining room, a bedroom with a 140 bed, bathroom with double sink and large shower, separate toilet with hand wash. On the 1st floor: two bedrooms each with 2 single beds, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, coffee table and bookcase. On the garden level, room with washing machine. Adjoining and unfenced private outdoor space with terrace and courtyard. Private parking on the property. For a peaceful stay, heating and cleaning service are included, towels and sheets are provided and beds are made on arrival. Shops and services at Rochefort-Montagne 5 km.
