Our holiday house "Schatzkiste" is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the Biosphere Reserve in
Absolutely quiet location in the coastal forest of Baabe and almost directly on the fine sandy beach.
On the beautiful beach promenade with separate foot and bike path, not far from the house
, You can go Göhren or Sellin both on foot or by bike
to reach. All the prerequisites for a memorable hike or
Biking into the impressive nature of the Mönchgut peninsula or into the Granitz. Also a
Beach walk to the nearby imposing pier in Sellin is at any time of the year
impressively.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - Euro is due.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
Tourist tax must be paid locally.

The day starts already once, if one on the terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea and the
Gentle rushing of trees enjoying a magical breakfast. But even if it is cold you can leave in the sauna, the jacuzzi, in front of the fireplace with a good book or a good wine all stress behind.

Our holiday home is very child-friendly. In addition to a stair gate, socket fuses, toys and DVD's include board games for further equipment of the house.
