Beautiful Farmhouse set in Lincolnshire countryside

We are a very rural farm, set in acres of farmland with only a few houses up at the farm. This detached cottage is located close to the market town of Market Rasen, on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Private hot tub in garden. 1 hours private Access to indoor heated pool each day which is part of the spa at a different building.

Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: With wood burner, 42" Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player, iPod dock and French doors leading to garden.

Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedroom 1: With double bed, twin beds and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.

Separate toilet.

First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

Bedroom 3: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

Bedroom 4: With double bed.

Bedroom 5: With double bed.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for wood burner need to be brought by yourselves. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture.
Please note: There is an unfenced lake in grounds, 30 yards .

For those that like to explore on foot, there are good walks from the door, plus cycle routes throughout the area. Explore the nearby Lincolnshire Wolds with its many country pubs to stop and take refreshment, or visit Market Rasen racecourse for a day out. Lincoln is less than 30-minute drive away and is well-known for its cathedral, castle with the Magna Carta visitors’ centre, as well as a huge range of shops and entertainment for all the family.

Lovely stay, nice house

Lovely house. Clean, large house, rural location. Fab hot tub and pool. Big enough for our 9 teenagers/adults. We had a great time. Only very minor disadvantages such as lack of tea towels, could do with a bit more light above hot tub and doors sticking. We would highly recommend here though.

Absolutely amazing!

The house was absolutely huge, had everything we needed (we bought things like tea coffee etc but didn’t need it!) the spa was a magical experience. 100% recommending to anyone. We came for a hen do but would fulfil any trip you need for families, girls/lads trips, hen or stag do’s. Haven’t got one bad thing to say. Everyone we came across was lovely. Text the hosts if we had any questions. If anyones questioning anything, I say, JUST BOOK IT! you will not be disappointed!!
