This modern mountain home is located at the base of Utah's three most famous canyons. Enjoy the spacious floor plan and the cozy atmosphere. Newly remodeled bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. Lots of amenities....attached 2 car garage to store your skis or bikes, deck with barbecue, complimentary hot drinks. This property is near a nature park and an equestrain park. Views of horses from the back windows and balcony. One block to the grocery store, gas, and restaurants.
This house is a 3200 square feet rambler that located on on the boarder of Millcreek City and Holladay City. It has a very open floor plan. It has been fully remodeled. New paint, carpet, windows, bathrooms, and kitchen. It has a 2 car garage and additional off street parking.
There is a balcony/deck that over looks a large yard, and an equestrian center that is located behind the home. Horses are typically in view.
The living room has plenty of seating room with 2 couches and chairs for viewing the 55 inch smart TV that is mounted above a natural wood burning fireplace. Basic Cable TV, Blu-ray player, and WiFi for utilizing your Netflix and Amazon prime accounts. The living room also has a square table that seats 8. Great for game playing.
The kitchen is updated with new oak cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, and everything you will need to prepare you own meals. It has a Keurig and all the coffee you can drink. There is a table that seats 6 and an island that seats 4.
The bathrooms have been fully updated. The full bath has a shower/bath and is accessible from the main hall near the bedrooms. The half bath is accessible from bedroom #1.
Bedroom #1 has two queen beds, a night stand, and plenty of closet space, the half bath is accessible through this room
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, nightstand, leather recliner, and a large closet.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a night stand, a leather chair, a small desk and plenty of closet space.

The house has a large yard the adds to the privacy and space.
The 2 car attached garage provides security for your vehicles and belongings and you will not have to scrape the snow off of your car in the mornings. The property has an ADT alarm system for additional security.
A few things you should know. The property is located on a busier street but in a nice eastside neighborhood. The equestrian center behind the house is nice, it makes they house very private and it's fun to see the horses, however, sometimes you can smell the horses outside. We never smell them inside but occasionally outside. We don't allow any smoking on the premises

We were meeting to scatter my sister’s ashes in the mountains. The accommodations made for an intimate family visit. Some of us came from Florida and various locations around Utah.
Clean place. Lots of parking. Great kitchen. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to numerous ski resorts. Very comfortable place. Very affordable. Owners were great to work with. This was the second time we’ve rented this place in the last three years. The other year we were in Colorado.
We thoroughly enjoyed this house. The location was easy to access. It was perfect for our group of adults in town for a convention at delta center and salt palace. We loved how close it was to everything! Lots of parking, comfortable beds and two kitchens made it all a very smooth trip. Thank you for such a great home! We will come back if we have a similar sized group in the future!
The house was perfect for a large group (8). The back patio was enjoyable to sit and relax while looking on an open field rather than another backyard. The brush near the driveway can make it difficult to get in and out of the drive if the road is busy, but overall the house was great.
We loved staying at this large home! Everyone had a space to call their own. With 2 levels and separate living spaces everyone had space to spread out, but also a large living room to gather in and plenty of chairs and space for dining. It was optimal for our group of grandparents, parents and siblings for our visit for graduation. Easy access to highways, groceries and amenities is also a plus. Lovely backyard to enjoy a sunny afternoon, or watch the horses as well. Busy road is tricky to get out of, but that wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.
Check in was a little rough. Information for check in was not received until we were in route day of stay. Given wrong address with check in information, so a bit confusing. The house was big and accommodation our large family. Smelled clean and fresh. Located on busy street but view from backyard was great.
Our group was 11! As expected, plenty of room to enjoy. Obvious, that owners had invested in interior remodel and furnishing; likely plan to do something similar exterior.
Once able to contact owners, they were very enthusiastic responders to us.
As a relative new VRBO participant. we were anxious about check-in communication. VRBO might clarify procedure.

Mill creek reunion
The house was a perfect size for our extended family. The yard is no longer as pictured or described, a little overgrown and unfortunately the horse farm is no longer. Margaret was very responsive and great to work with.
