Welcome to my charming downtown retreat in Grand Junction! This spacious home ideally located just 5-10 minutes from local hospitals, CMU, Stocker Stadium, The Monument and so much more! Enjoy a 10 min bike ride to the famous Lunch Loops Trail System. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area provide all the comforts of home.

Studio in back is occupied and is detached with own separate entrance, yard is a common area.
