Newer Stand Alone studio with all amenities. King bed, double bed/lounger/sofa WITH usb PORTS, recliner, kitchen, bath with walk in shower, washer & dryer. Nightstand lamps with usb ports 2 private outdoor areas, seasonal pool open approx May through September (weather permitting) and fire pit! PLUS + Locked area for your bikes. 5 minutes to airport, grocery store and hospital. 15 minutes to wine country.

The Pool House was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and cute. Hosts were very helpful. We didn’t get to try the pool as the weather was too cool but it looked wonderful. Would absolutely recommend.

Perfect Stay

Great hosts and great pool house. Clean and tidy. I needed a place to stay with my truck and trailer and this worked out perfectly as they have basically a private cul-de-sac driveway. Would definitely recommend.

A hidden gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little pool house. It was outfitted with everything we could possibly need - and the courtyard with the pool and outdoor dining tables/chairs was a fantastic way to cool off in the summer sun. We will definitely be back for a getaway soon!

Great Vacation Spot!

The Pool House was amazing! Super clean, light and bright, had all of the cooking supplies we needed. The pool was great! We swam a few times each day. The neighborhood was super quiet and close to everything.

Neat as a pin. Comfortable, beautiful area, safe area. Well lit, walker friendly, accessible. Hosts were wonderful, assisted with anything Aunt needed. Quiet area, lovely little "cottage". Well appointed, close to grocery, airport, hospital. Perfect hideaway.

I highly recommend this location for your stay in and around Grand Junction, Colorado! The property is so well done, the pool area is fantastic and the hosts are wonderful people! The pool house where we stayed was private and had great access to the beautiful pool and yard. It was so clean and we were impressed the minute we walked thru the door. Perfect for our long weekend!

Jan and Steve were great hosts! The property was exactly as represented in the listing. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the privacy of being in the pool house. We will definitely be staying there again when we are in town visiting friends!

Beautiful pool house experience

The house is beautiful! We loved every minute. The decor is amazing and everything was perfect! Cute kitchen and comfortable bed. And we did get into the pool. Pure bliss ! The owners were great about giving us everything we needed to know before we arrived and book with everything spelled out. Definitely a great place to stay in Grand Junction
