Modern Townhome with private HOT TUB!!

Centrally located, sparkling clean townhouse with private Hot Tub and available bike storage. This unit has a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining so you can fully enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Fully stocked kitchens for cooking. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer. CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more.

The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. The sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.

Grassy common area available for the pups! Onsite shared free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit. Parking lot can accommodate trailers, boats, uhauls, etc.

Roku smart TV for access to all your apps, like netflix. 300 mbps wifi.

Pets are allowed for an additional $20/night, up to 2 pets MAX.

Must sign rental agreement prior to stay.

Right next to the World Famous Graff Dairy ice cream and coffee shop, Safeway, liquor store, and Berna B's breakfast dining. Centrally located in the City of Grand Junction, minutes to Saint Mary's hospital, CMU, and downtown.

The unit was nice, it had plenty of sleeping options, kitchen ware and house supplies were available as needed. The hot tub seemed clean and was an enjoyable feature. We all loved our stay! One thing I would remember to bring is shampoo. The shampoo and conditioner didn’t work for my hair type but that’s just a preference thing.

Wonderful for a Ski Weekend

We stayed here for three nights while exploring Powderhorn. Loved it, and the hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes.

Ice fishing trip.

Great location being across the street from a good ice cream place. Rental was immaculate, spacious and stayed very cool in the 96° temps. The back patio area was very relaxing and private. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay with family and pets. The place was nice and clean. Good Location and easy check in. There is a great hang out spot to chill with your dog off leash. The hot tub was very relaxing. Bonus, there is a great ice cream shop across the street. We would love to come back.

Comfortable, clean, cute Townhouse

This place was perfect for myself, my husband and two teens. We were here for a college tour and hiking and we were less than 10 min from campus and about 25 min from hiking. Lots of restaurants within 10 min. Comfortable beds, hot tub was clean and amazing. There were beach towels to use and clear instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Weekend Getaway

This property was a wonderful place to escape back to after a day of exploring. The hot tub was wonderful and easy to use, the dog run right off the patio was nice, and all of the beds/furniture were well fit for the home. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, etc. definitely would recommend! The road was a bit loud right off the townhome complex, but we loved the white noise so it didn’t bother us.

Overall, the stay was great. The AC was not a system we were familiar with and it was super loud. In addition, the AC required that the windows be cracked open. I think the vrbo listing should specify this because in general, I never leave windows unlocked if I’m not at home and awake and probably would not have booked the unit specifically because of this. We also could not get the heating thermostat temperature to adjust. The kitchen sink soap dispenser was out. The unit was quiet, in a convenient location, very clean, and had very comfortable bedding.
