Stay in an apartment in a historical house in the Old Northeast neighborhood, on the edge of St. Petersburg's vibrant downtown, with your personal parking space. A 30 minute drive from the Tampa International Airport and only 1½ hour drive to Disney World.

The apartment is within easy walking distance from downtown and only 4 blocks from the northern end of the buzzing Beach Drive restaurant district; from there it is only 3 more blocks to the start of the Pier District, from where you can either walk or take a free tram out to the new Pier, which was opened in 2020.

Your private entrance allows you to enter the apartment through the sitting room, which contains a full-sized futon and a stuffed chair. The spacious bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, a 46" Sony Smart TV with cable channels, a ceiling fan and an electric fireplace along with a table and two chairs. The apartment is connected to the house's central air conditioning and heating, but the fireplace and a window-mounted air conditioner allow you make the apartment warmer or colder as you desire. The bedroom has a spacious closet, which gives you plenty of storage space. You will have access to use our barbecue grill in the backyard, which contains a table and two chairs, where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail and a lounger.
You will be a block away from the Old Northeast Tavern and the Old Northeast Pizza, the Black Crow Coffee Shop and a laundromat. A CVS store is only 4 blocks away.
St. Petersburg's waterfront park system is a 4-block walk from the apartment and provides a delightful place to walk along Tampa Bay, and you might be lucky and see one or more dolphins.
You will also be 2 blocks from a stop for the free Downtown Looper trolley, which takes you to places within the greater downtown area..

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay in the Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg. The hosts were friendly, extremely accommodating, helpful in giving information about the city, and enjoyable to visit with. The apartment has everything you need and was clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better with walkability to restaurants, shops, movie theatre, and the many festivals and events. It felt like a cozy home away from home.

Location, location!

Host couple were very accommodating and friendly The residence location is in a lovely historic neighborhood immediately adjacent to downtown St. Petersburg and it’s museums, galleries and restaurants. It is also walkable to the city’s waterfront and its amenities. The apartment was configured awkwardly—the bedroom was also the tv and dining location. It was not a major inconvenience however.

Very clean, warm and inviting.

This property is so comfortable, and is the middle of all things St. Pete. We walked to downtown, to the farmer's market, to the bay and to coffee pot bayou. I felt very safe walking miles and miles on my own. The owners of the property are so kind, accessible and they both share their knowledge of the area. Kent and Joan made us feel right at home:) I would definitely stay here again.
