This relaxing cottage is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Wood grain floors, studio kitchen, and relaxing book room. Our home is fully stock with all the basic house essentials for your use. (Dishes, pots & pans, extra towels and bedding)
** we offer 2pm check in time. we aim to provide a much earlier check-in time. as soon as we have the house and clean and ready for our guests arrival. we send our guest the checking information. once they receive this, they're welcome to check in at any time.***

Savanna was accommodating to me and my needs. Her place was cute and reminded me of home. She even had snacks and eggs on hand. It was perfect for my night stay and will visit again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and tidy. This property had everything that I required for my stay. The host was amazing and the location was close to so many restaurants and places to see. Will 100% stay here again on my next visit

This was a pretty nice experience. We had a minor issue with the door code that was resolved in a couple minutes. This place stays cold. The ac worked amazing. And all amenities worked as expected. The neighborhood was quiet and the hosts didn’t have intervene at all. They only helped when asked. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware were all included. I would absolutely recommend this location to a friend and will be staying again if needed in the future.

Wonderful Stay

The place was wonderful. Perfect little getaway for the weekend. It was very clean and provided anything you could need for a stay. The owners were very communicative and easy to work with. The place itself was close to downtown and comfortable. Overall a very lovely experience!

Cute little bungalow in a convenient location. We were there for one night with our dog and it was just what we needed. It's small, but that is how it was advertised!

Cozy little place to stay that's affordable for a solo traveler, which I appreciated! It's close to stores and cafes, and next to a paved trail to get extra steps in without having to drive. Host was responsive when I reached out and provided clear instructions on how to find it. It's small but worked for what I needed, and I liked the clothing rack to hang clothes - very smart for that space! I liked the small private outdoor space to relax outside, but it felt awkward to have a ring camera attached to the fence where it faced directly at me instead of at the front door. A few recommendations: Please include a bath mat for future guests. I used an extra towel so I wouldn't slip on the floor. Also, lamps in the house would be great for ambient lighting for times you might be stuck when it's raining outside. The towels and washcloths need to be replaced, they were old and rough on the skin. All in all, great stay for the area and easy adjustments to make.

Met my needs and location was perfect - within a few minutes away from my son's home. The building is old and very small - the description was accurate. The host was great. Quick to respond and helpful. I didn't prepare meals there so can't comment on how the kitchen is furnished. The age and condition of the building I'd rate a 3 so don't expect too much.

Small, and the bed wasnt very comfortable, but as the title stated, it served its purpose. It was cheaper than a hotel room, and we were only there for a place to sleep, and it was perfect for that.

The communication with the host was very easy and helpful. The check-in process was smooth. Everything was as expected. The location was great for us. We walked to downtown on a couple of occasions and drove to downtown as well. The neighborhood was safe. Having coffee available in the morning was a nice way to start the day. The fact that the home was pet-friendly was a huge plus. Checking out was as easy as the check-in.

The property is nicely located in a cute neighborhood. Easy to go downtown or to other venues, like Stargazers Theater. Somewhat difficult to find. It could use a house number and arrow showing the entrance is in the back of the front property. Host was very responsive, allowed early check in to the property. Would recommend a rug in front of bathroom sink as uneven floor was hard on bare feet. Would recommend to anyone attending an event at the theater or downtown.

We came through just for a quick stop. The place is small and quaint, bed was very comfortable. The outside is run down and the back area needs some attention. But we didn’t spend any time outdoors, so not a problem for us! Thanks for the easy in and out stay
