We’re so glad you loved the condo, comfortable furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen! We’re sorry for the confusing check-in process and the housekeeping concerns, including the odors from the shower and sink. We’re glad you enjoyed the condo, the view, and the variety of amenities available at the property. We appreciate your feedback about the mattresses and will share it with the owner for consideration. Beach chair rentals and the resort’s ice machine are operated separately from Book That Condo, so those prices are set by the property’s vendors rather than included with the rental unless specifically stated in the listing. Thank you for staying with Book That Condo, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience.
