Le cortal - PRADES - Gîte

You'll be just 6 km from Villefranche-de-Conflent and its UNESCO World Heritage citadel, 40 km from Perpignan and its famous Palace of the Kings of Majorca, and 2 hours from Andorra. A small house near the center, a former stable, renovated, hence the name "Le Cortal," has retained traces of its original use in an area reserved for sheds and sheepfolds, all currently renovated. This fully renovated house is located in Prades. First floor: living/dining room/kitchen, toilet. Second floor: 2 bedrooms each (1 double bed) opening onto a small terrace (garden furniture), shower room, toilet. Fan and air cooler are available. The garage can accommodate up to 3 cars or even a car with a trailer. You will stay in Prades, an area ideal for hiking and ideally located between the plains and the mountains.

Le gîte Le Cortal est idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et à 1.1 km d'un grand supermarché. Une maison à étages très coquette et délicieusement décorée avec des ouvrages faits main. Les chambres sont lumineuses donnant sur un balcon sans vis à vis. La literie est confortable pour des nuits reposantes. La cuisine et le salon sont spacieux, bien aménagés avec tout le nécessaire pour le quotidien.Au rez-de-chaussée, un grand garage pour accueillir la voiture qui peut aussi trouver sa place dans la rue devant le gîte.Nous avons passé une petite semaine très agréable avec beaucoup de visites très proches à faire. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
