1st Floor Home Away from Home - Steps to Beach - Pool

A very warm welcome to your beautiful, home away from home on this Island Paradise!

This gorgeous location is truly one of the most relaxing places on the planet, and we know that you are just going to love it!

With views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico from the living areas, Master Bedroom and Lanai of our fabulous first floor apartment, you can walk straight out onto the lawn and be on the beach or at the pool in moments!

Furnished in Beach Cottage style, the main living area has an L-shaped sofa which will convert to a Queen size bed. There is a beautiful dining suite in the eating area.

Master suite has a full king size bed and bathroom, and slider to the lanai area, large walk in closet, and television.

Guest suite has twin beds, Bathroom, and plenty of drawer space.

Den area with telephone and wireless internet available on request.

Fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of home ware including utensils, pots and pans, glasses, dishes and cups.

Lanai has it's own dining table and chairs if you feel like eating 'al fresco'

It's a delight to sit and watch the sunset from our beautiful beach, and then watch the dolphins bask in the fading light...

Great spot

Great time at Suzanne’s condo. Very good value for the location and amenities. View of the ocean and the pool from the lanai. The condo is right next to AMI and a short drive to St Armands.

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful stay in the longbeach condominiums. Perfect location, beautiful beach, gorgeous sunsets. Loved having the screened in lanaui with a view of the beach. Beach was very private. Some great restaurants within walking distance and easy drive to many others. Will definitely return!

Beautiful spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The beach is beautiful! The unit is very comfortable and we loved spending time on the screened lanai. The pool is also great and the grounds are very well cared for. It was very quiet and serene. LongBeach has many great restaurants and beaches. Sunsets from the beach are spectacular. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very accomodating.. Altogether a beautiful spot and we hope to return sometime!

Great Two Weeks!

We just returned home from a great two weeks stay in this condo. Everything was as advertised. We had a wonderful time. Susanne was a joy to work with and made sure our stay was perfect. It was great to be able to see the ocean from the condo and a short walk accross the yard to the beach.

PERFECT RELAXATION

It was wonderful to relax on Longboat Key...the accomodations were perfect, so close to the beach. Coffee on the screen porch every morning, looking out to the Gulf of Mexico was the perfect antidote to all the recent anxiety about the virus. This condo was the best choice I could have ever made!!!!

When I was first looking for a place to rent for our two week vacation I was looking for somewhere in the center of Holmes so we would be in walking distance to the shops, dining, and public beaches. Little did I know until arriving that this condo would be the best decision I could have made. To start off, the condo was absolutely beautiful. It is very light and airy and very spacious. Everything you could possibly need was available for us. The condo's back enclosed lanai is facing the pool and beach and you can see the ocean from the living room and porch. The pool is just steps away and the private beach is just past the pool. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to be able to wake up early, walk out to the beach with my coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet almost every morning by myself. I was even blessed enough to see a dolphin one morning. The quiet was something I didn't realize would be so wonderful inside and outside of this condo. The pool was almost always just us and the beach was never ever crowded. We went to Coquina beach once and the kids enjoyed our quiet beach so much more so we stuck to ours every single day. While on our visit we walked down the beach to BeerCan Island and watched dolphins swim multiple evenings, we stood on our private Piers and seen Manetees, and my girls even got to see a shark while parasailing. We went to three different ice cream shop's and found that Holy Cow (by walgreens next to Manatee Ave) was literally the best ice cream we've ever had. Alvin's shop had so many great choices for tourist items and awesome prices. Everything that I originally thought I wanted to be able to walk to was only a few minutes drive away. We also walked all the way down the beach (to the left) many times and found so many sand dollars and awesome seashells. The further down you walk the bigger and better the shells get. I literally could not have had a better vacation, couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in or location, and was so happy with the plesentness and hospitality of the owners. I could write a novel about everything but I'm running out of space. Thanks again many times over to Suzanne and her husband for allowing us the pleasure of staying in their beautiful home. I hope to come back and visit again soon. Sincerely, April

Well-appointed condo on Longboat Key

We stayed at Longbeach for a month. The location on Longboat Key conveniently close to restaurants and shopping, but still quiet. The beach is lovely, with lots for shell-seekers to discover. The property is nicely spread out. Our unit was on the ground floor, easy access to the pool and beach. The unit itself is clean and the owners have taken great care to decorate it in a light and airy way. Beds were comfortable, and the appliances worked well. We especially enjoyed the screened-in linai, where there is a charming bar set up. All in all, a terrific place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay it’s very quiet and relaxing.

My family stayed here for a two week vacation during June. The condo has everything you need. It is located in an area that is away from the typical beach tourist areas and gives you the feeling of being on your own private beach. However, anything you would want to do is a short drive away. We were able to visit the aquarium, shop, fish, eat great food and of course get some relaxing beach time. I highly recommend this condo.

Love Love Love this BEACH HOME

You will find this condo both comfortable and convenient. Located on the north end of Longboat Key you will have access just 150 steps to a private beach. During our stay we traveled to Mote Marine for a Kayaking with Ecotours and to St. Armand's Circle for shopping and dining. This LONGBEACH condo is also close to Anna Marie Island where you can find additional places to dine and shop. The condo is clean and well kept and the owners were helpful with the renting process. I would definitely recommend this condo to my relatives and friends. We, ourselves, hope to return for another vacation in this paradise!

We both lead busy lives so we like our vacations to be relaxing but variable. Longboat Key fulfils all our needs...it is a little piece of heaven on Earth!

What makes this property unique

Just a short stroll over the beautifully manicured lawn and you are at the white, sandy, beach - sun beds provided! The pool is even closer! Three fabulous restaurants are within a 10 minute walk, all with full varied menu choices..or if it is just a cocktail you require after a busy day relaxing, they are more than happy to accommodate! Many more restaurants can be found along the Gulf of Mexico Drive and further dining and world class shopping can be experienced at St Armands Circle, just a short car or bus ride away. For those of you with a love of The Arts, a visit to Sarasota will provide Opera, the Van wezel Performing Arts Centre, The Ringling Museum and much more. Toward the South of the Island is Mote Marine where you can get a unique insight into the local sea and wild life.
