Top of the range appliances, indoor and out! Additionally gym with AppleTV, weights, 2 bikes (SoulCycle bike)! Walk into town, 5 min drive to beach (double garage, can arrange rental of 4-door soft-top jeep with **beach sticker** if interested! You cannot buy these stickers - need to be resident - but they gain access to the best beaches), quiet cul-de-sac (no through traffic) and local caretaker on retainer should you need anything during your stay!
