Cape Coral 1-5-24

Property was clean and as advertised. Neighborhood was quiet during our stay. There were only two minor things we didn't like. The Kitchen window had no covering on it. We purchased a spring rod and hung a sheet over it at night. In the master bedroom there was an air conditioner that had a light on all of the time that lit up the room at night.

Coral Beach Hot and Sunny

An excellent home for a family vacation. The grandkids loved the pool. Very close to restaurants, shopping and hiking trails. Owners were readily available for any questions that we had. Definitely would recommend this property.

Very happy with this rental home

Our month-long stay it was very enjoyable. We used the pool almost every day. The kitchen was well stocked with good knives and cookware. Beds and all the furniture were very comfortable. The one issue we had was fixed by the owner almost immediately. Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants but the neighborhood was quiet. Great communication, fairly priced, highly recommended.

Great Pool and Clean Space

The house and yard were great. Very clean, well laid out with lots of amenities. Richard was very accommodating and quick to respond. Neighbourhood was quiet and centrally located for lots of day trips. Beaches around the area were still closed due to hurricane Ian, but Fort Myers beach and Naples are pretty close by. Great place to stay. Thanks for your hospitality.
