Spend your holiday in the heart of City West, in a beautiful old building from the 1900's. This comfortable apartment has a separate bedroom and a modern design, shower room and separate WC, a furnished kitchenette is also included. Internet, bed linen and towels are also there.

The apartment is located between City East and City West, the paths to all the sights are thus relatively short. Many cafes, restaurants, bars, small and large stores are located on the Tower Road. With the subway or bus to reach all the main sights of Berlin, the Kurfürstendamm, the Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz up to Alexanderplatz.

Ungemütlich und dreckig

Wir sind nach eineinhalb Stunden geflüchtet, da wir bei diesen Zentimeter dicken Staub Atemnot bekommen haben. Wir haben direkt den Gastgeber kontaktiert und ihm gesagt, dass wir nicht bleiben können. Leider hat er uns nicht direkt informiert, dass wir direkt FeWo-direkt per Telefon kontaktieren sollten, sondern er hatte nur am Tag danach per WhatsApp geschrieben , dass wir die Wohnung stornieren sollen. Dies war da nicht mehr möglich. Wir wurden in dieser Sache von FeWo-direkt nicht unterstützt und unsere Anrufe wurden nur hingehalten und uns Antworten gegeben, die nicht der Wahrheit entsprachen. Wir werden daher bei zukünftigen Buchungen andere Portale nutzen und nicht mehr FeWo-direkt. Wir werden auch noch eine öffentliche Bewertung von FeWo-direkt erstellen.

Schade das es immer wieder Gäste gibt welche offensichtlich Ihr Geld erstattet bekommen haben möchten. Ich kann zu dieser Bewertung nur schreiben, dass die Gäste davor mit dem Apartment sehr zufrieden waren. Wenn irgendwelche Mangelpunkte im Apartment sein sollten werden diese selbstverständlich umgehend beseitigt. Im übrigen habe ich in meinen 15 Jahren als Vermieter solch eine Ausrede noch nicht erhalten. Offensichtlich musste der Gast aus persönlich Gründen die Reise abbrechen und hat versucht das Geld erstattet zu bekommen. Zum Glück ist der sehr große Teil meiner Gäste immer sehr zufrieden. In Ordnung

Alles in allem hält das Appartment, was es verspricht. Die Wohnung hat etwas rauhen Berliner Altbau-Charme, die Möbel sind funktional, die Lage insgesamt gut. Einziger Wermutstropfen: da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss zum Hinterhof nach Norden liegt und es nur 1 Fenster zum Wohn-Ess-Bereich gibt, war dies im Januar auch tagsüber sehr dunkel – man musste immer Licht anschalten. Aber als Homebase für einen Berlinbesuch trotzdem gut geeignet, da entsprechend günstig.

Traumhaftes Apartment für kurzen oder langen Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Kontakt zum Vermieter ist schnell und komfortabel, reagiert sehr zeitnah auf jegliche Anliegen. Auch die direkte nähere Umgebung ist sehr ansprechend, mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Nahverkehr wie Bus und U-Bahn sind maximal 10 Minuten entfernt; Bus bietet direkte Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof. Einfach nur zu empfehlen 😊

Lage super. Leider kann man nicht direkt in der Straße parken, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit aber fußläufig gut erreichbar. Deswegen kein Problem. Bei Fragen wurde immer schnell geantwortet.

Gemütliche Wohnung, fairer Preis

Der Aufenthalt hat uns (3 Erwachsene) sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, der Kontakt war unkompliziert. In der Nähe sind Kneipen und Bäcker, also alles gut und schnell zu erreichen. Auch die U-Bahn-Station ist nicht allzu weit weg. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder.
